2 tbsp Walden Farms Apricot Spread
3 tbsp soya sauce or Bragg's Seasoning Sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced or 1 tsp ground ginger
8 chicken thighs
Melt apricot spread in microwave. Add other ingredients and mix well. Place chicken thighs snugly together in a baking dish. Pour sauce over chicken and bake @ 325 degrees for 1 hr.
* You can adjust seasonings to taste.
